Production flow
Each step removes ambiguity before production begins, so the quote, print method, cylinder requirement and delivery plan are understood up front.
Product, size, quantity, print colors and delivery city.
Logo files and print placement are checked before quote lock.
Final proof confirms the production route and timeline.
Screen print begins, or cylinder is made when required.
Finished goods are packed and moved to your branch or store.
Cylinder rule
If the same design is printed on two bag sizes, each size needs its own cylinder. Once a carry bag cylinder exists, repeat runs can move much faster.
Artwork checklist
Editable artwork is best. If it is not available, a clear logo reference can still start the quote conversation.
