1. Business Operations & MOQ

As an eco-friendly manufacturer, we operate primary B2B wholesale lines. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply based on the product. Carry bag printing runs specify a minimum threshold of 100 kg for custom cylinders. Screen printing is reserved for test or small quantities below 100 kg.

2. Custom Printing & Cylinder Ownership

Printing setup requires manufacturing photopolymer stereos or cylinders. One cylinder is required for every custom size. Cylinder charges are billed up front during the initial run and remain verified for future repeat orders. The customer holds liability for original artworks, trademarks, and design copyright permissions.

3. Lead Times & Shipping

Artwork digital proofs must be explicitly signed off prior to production. Standard manufacturing lead time is 10-12 days for initial custom cylinder runs, and 2-3 days for repeat orders. Delivery estimates vary depending on local branch logistics and courier paths.

4. Eco-Compliance & Certification

All our compostable carry bags, garbage bags, and pouches are certified under the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines and IS/ISO 17088 specifications. The buyer agrees to comply with municipal plastic waste regulations and confirm that compostable packaging is allowed in their respective regional area.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of customized printed orders, they cannot be cancelled once production commences. Sample kits are eligible for replacement if items arrive damaged.
