Refund & Exchange Policy

At Biolastic, we take pride in manufacturing premium certified compostable garbage bags, carry bags, pouches, and paper napkins.
1. Custom Printed Products
All custom printed products are tailor-made to buyer specifications (size, handle type, micron thickness, logo artwork). Once production starts, cancelation or refunds are not allowed. It is crucial to verify the digital artwork proof and sample dimensions prior to signing production agreements.
2. Plain & Non-Customized Batch Returns
Unopened, plain products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. The products must remain unused, under original packed wraps, and match batch ID numbers. The shipping charges for returns of plain packaging are the buyer's responsibility.
3. Manufacturing Defects
If you detect tensile failure, seal issues, or thickness deviations exceeding standard tolerances (+/- 5%), file a claim within 10 days of delivery. Our quality control team will inspect the batch records. Valid defects are eligible for replacement runs or credit note refunds.
