Return Policy

1. Return Qualifications

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of bulk batch carriage receipt.
• Cartons and packed rolls must be sealed, clean, and stored according to our guidelines (dry place, away from continuous moisture).
• Original supply invoices with CPCB registration numbers must accompany the return run.

2. Customized Orders Exclusion

Any products that have been customized or screen/cylinder printed are fully excluded from standard returns unless they suffer from manufacturing defects (faulty handles, print smear).

3. Processing Fees

A standard restocking charge of 10% may apply to returns of plain stock. Transport and cargo fees are non-refundable. Registered regional distributors can consult their branch managers for return allocations.
