Shipping & Dispatch Policy

As a direct packaging manufacturer, we coordinate shipments from our production centers to regional distribution branches and commercial stores across India.
1. Production & Dispatch Timelines
- Plain In-Stock Products: Dispatched in 2-3 business days.
- Screen Printed (Small Runs): Dispatched in 5-7 business days after artwork confirmation.
- Cylinder Printed (Bulk Runs): Requires 10-12 business days for first setup and cylinder fabrication. Repeat runs are processed and dispatched within 3 business days.
2. Delivery Logistics & Carriage Code
We partner with nationwide transport networks and B2B logistics agencies. Shipping details and tracking receipts are shared automatically. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 6 business days depending on branch location (Siliguri, Guwahati, Nagaon, Coochbehar, and other hubs).
3. Delivery Fees & Thresholds
Shipping costs are Calculated based on order weight, packaging volume, and freight rate. Free shipping may apply for bulk orders exceeding certain regional thresholds. Any customized duty fees or parking tolls during delivery are detailed in the invoice copy.
