Biolastic Compostable Flour & Dry Food Ingredient Liner Bags are manufacturer-direct flexible inner liners developed for flour mills, food ingredient manufacturers, bakery premix suppliers, processors, contract packers and exporters seeking a compostable alternative to conventional PE or PP inner bags. Available for 5 KG, 10 KG and 25 KG packing applications, the liners are manufactured from a corn-starch-derived compostable flexible-film formulation with 0% conventional PE/PP plastic intentionally added to the liner formulation. They can be evaluated for use inside compatible paper sacks, kraft bags, corrugated cartons and other approved secondary packaging formats. Potential applications include wheat flour, atta, maida, rice flour, maize flour, bakery premixes, powdered food ingredients and other low-moisture dry formulations after product-specific validation. Biolastic can develop custom liner width, length, thickness and sealing format around an existing bulk powder pack. Fine powders can place different demands on seals, dust containment, static behaviour, puncture resistance and moisture or oxygen barrier performance, so the exact liner specification should be tested before commercial production.
