Biolastic Compostable Rice, Premium Grain & Seed Liner Bags are manufacturer-direct flexible inner liners developed for rice mills, premium grain brands, cereal processors, seed processors, agricultural packers, wholesalers and exporters seeking a compostable alternative to conventional PE or PP inner bags. Available for 5 KG, 10 KG and 25 KG packing applications, the liners are manufactured from a corn-starch-derived compostable flexible-film formulation with 0% conventional PE/PP plastic intentionally added to the liner formulation. They can be evaluated for use inside compatible paper sacks, kraft bags, corrugated cartons and other approved secondary packaging formats. Potential applications include premium rice, aromatic rice, cereal grains, maize, specialty grains and selected agricultural seeds after product-specific validation. Biolastic can develop custom width, length, thickness and sealing format around an existing rice, grain or seed liner specification. Because grain and seed products can differ in particle shape, puncture behaviour, moisture sensitivity, storage duration and germination requirements, the exact liner specification should be tested before commercial use.
