Biolastic Compostable Herbal & Medicinal Plant Liner Bags are manufacturer-direct flexible inner liners developed for herbal ingredient processors, botanical suppliers, Ayurvedic raw-material businesses, nutraceutical ingredient packers, exporters and bulk herb traders seeking a compostable alternative to conventional PE or PP inner bags. Available for 5 KG, 10 KG and 25 KG packing applications, the liners are manufactured from a corn-starch-derived compostable flexible-film formulation with 0% conventional PE/PP plastic intentionally added to the liner formulation. They can be evaluated for use inside compatible paper sacks, kraft bags, corrugated cartons and other approved secondary packaging. Potential applications include dried leaves, roots, flowers, seeds and herbal or botanical powders after product-specific validation. Biolastic can develop custom liner width, length, thickness and sealing format around an existing botanical ingredient pack. Because herbal raw materials vary greatly in particle shape, oil content, moisture sensitivity, dust generation and storage requirements, the exact liner should be tested with the intended material before commercial use.
