Biolastic Compostable Spice & Masala Liner Bags are manufacturer-direct flexible inner liners developed for spice processors, masala manufacturers, seasoning brands, ingredient suppliers, wholesalers, contract packers and exporters seeking a compostable alternative to conventional PE or PP inner bags. Available for 5 KG, 10 KG and 25 KG bulk packing applications, the liners are manufactured from a corn-starch-derived compostable flexible-film formulation with 0% conventional PE/PP plastic intentionally added to the liner formulation. They can be evaluated for use inside compatible paper sacks, kraft bags, corrugated cartons and other approved secondary packs. Potential applications include turmeric, chilli, coriander, cumin, cardamom, whole spices, ground spices, dry masala blends and seasoning powders after product-specific validation. Biolastic can develop custom width, length, thickness and sealing format around an existing bulk spice liner specification. Because spices vary in oil content, aroma sensitivity, particle shape, powder fineness and moisture or oxygen barrier needs, commercial use should follow testing of the exact liner and packed product.
