Biolastic Compostable Tea Packaging Liner Bags are manufacturer-direct flexible inner liners developed for tea estates, tea factories, tea packers, blenders, private-label tea brands and tea exporters looking to replace conventional polyethylene or polypropylene inner liners with a compostable packaging format. Available for 5 KG, 10 KG and 25 KG bulk tea packing applications, the liners are manufactured from a corn-starch-derived compostable flexible-film formulation with 0% conventional PE/PP plastic intentionally added to the liner formulation. They are intended for use as an inner bag inside compatible paper sacks, kraft bags, corrugated cartons and other approved secondary packaging formats. Typical applications include CTC tea, orthodox tea, specialty tea, loose-leaf tea and other dry tea products after application-specific validation. Biolastic can develop custom liner width, length, thickness and sealing format around an existing tea liner specification, allowing buyers to evaluate a compostable replacement without unnecessarily redesigning their outer pack. For commercial packing, direct-food-contact use or export shipments, the exact liner specification should be validated for seal performance, puncture resistance, storage conditions, moisture and oxygen barrier requirements, packed-product compatibility and destination-market compliance before production use.
