Biolastic Compostable Organic Food & Export Liner Bags are manufacturer-direct flexible inner liners for organic food brands, processors, contract packers, merchant exporters and bulk dry-food suppliers seeking to reduce dependence on conventional polyethylene and polypropylene inner packaging. Available for 5 KG, 10 KG and 25 KG packing applications, the liners are manufactured from a corn-starch-derived compostable flexible-film formulation with 0% conventional PE/PP plastic intentionally added to the liner formulation. They can be evaluated as inner bags inside compatible paper sacks, kraft bags, corrugated cartons and other approved secondary packaging. Potential applications include selected dry organic rice, grains, cereals, pulses, spices, dry ingredients and other low-moisture foods after product-specific validation. Biolastic can develop custom liner width, length, thickness and sealing format around an existing bulk packaging specification. For export use, destination-country food-contact, labelling, compostability and packaging requirements must be checked before shipment, and the exact liner specification should be validated for the packed product and route-to-market.
